SHIPPING CENTERS
All orders will be processed and shipped from the Philippines.
Once an order is received, we expect it to ship out within 2 business days. If your order is submitted over the weekend, it may not be processed and shipped until the following Tuesday.
PHILIPPINE LOCAL SHIPPING (free)
J&T EXPRESS will be used as our courier.
Packages usually reach their destinations in 3-6 business days.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD SHIPPING (free)
Shipments are made through Philippine Postal Corporation which serves our local post service. Orders usually take 7-20 business days and can sometimes take as long as 4-6 weeks for some destinations or sometimes months. Tracking number will be provided but Dirty Fingerboards won't be responsible if it doesn't come fast enough or at all. No refunds whatsoever will be provided for this if stuff gets lost in the mail.

INTERNATIONAL EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Expedited shipments are shipped by DHL.
Packages usually reach your destination in 3-7 business days, but sometimes it may take longer (but very rare).
VAT & DUTIES
Some countries apply duties or VAT on shipments. Your local government determines duty and customs charges, which varies by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order. You are responsible for any such extra taxes or fees your government applies to get the package delivered.
